| Résumé: | أصبحت الإدارة الالكترونيةٌ عاملا مهما لتحسينٌ أداء المنظمات الإداريةٌ بفضل دورها الكبيرٌ في دعم الابتكار وخلق فرص جديدة لتنميهٌ وتطويرٌ مختلف العملياٌت والوظائف فالتحولات والمتغيرٌات التي أفرزتها العولمة أدت إلى التفكيرٌ الجدي من قبل المنظمات الإدارية في الاستفادة من منجزات الثورة التقنيةٌ الهائلة باستخدام الحاسوب وشبكه الانترنت وغيرٌها لتغيرٌٌ طرق العمل من التقليدٌيةٌ إلى الالكترونيةٌ، والجزائر من بينٌ الدول التي تبنت مشروع الجزائر الالكترونيةٌ الذي تضمن سلسله من التدابيرٌ الهادفة إلى تقديمٌ الخدمات العامة بطرق إلكترونيهٌ مما يسٌهم في تبسيطٌ الإجراءات الإداريةٌ وتحسينٌ المرافق العامة، وترشيدٌ الخدمة العموميةٌ، من خلال توفيرٌ كل المتطلبات والإمكانياٌت اللازمة لتنفيذٌ المشروع حتى يكٌون مردودها ايجٌابي على الإدارة والمواطن على حد سواء. |
