| dc.description | The study was based on two main variables: Variable management and variable crisis management, where the researchers focused on showing the role played by the administrative leader in dealing with the crises faced by the organization, and was reliannce in this study on two approaches and the descriptive approach and the historical method, to describe and follow the phenomenon of leadership, The study also referred to the types and methods adopted by the administrative leader and the most important theories explaining the leadership. | dc.description.abstract | إستندت هذه الدراسة على متغيرٌينٌ أساسينٌ هما: متغيرٌ القياٌدة الإداريةٌ ومتغيرٌ إدارة الأزمات ،حيثٌ ركز الباحثينٌ على إظهار الدور الذي لٌعبه القائد الإداري في التعامل مع الأزمات التي تتعرّض لها المنظمة ، وتم الإعتماد في هذه الدراسة على منهجينٌ والمتمثلينٌ في المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التاريخٌي ، وذلك لوصف و تتبع ظاهرة القياٌدة، حيثٌ يعٌتبر مصطلح القياٌدة مصطلح دخيلٌ على المجال الإداري ، وذلك لمدى ملائمته ونجاعته في حل المشاكل التي تمر بها المنظمة ، وتطرقت الدراسة أيضٌا إلى الأنماط والأساليبٌ التي يعٌتمدها القائد الإداري ، وأهم النظرياٌت المفسرة للقياٌدة ، كما أكدت هذه الدراسة على إبراز العلاقة بينٌ القياٌدة وإدارة الأزمات من خلال الإستراتيجٌياٌت التي عٌتمدها القائد وكذا عوامل نجاح القياٌدة الإداريةٌ. | en_US |
