dc.description	This study aims to identify the importance of assessing skills in achieving outstanding performance based on the descriptive and analytical approach, as, in light of the new and continuous challenges imposed by the environment of economic institutions, the latter has become required to search for appropriate resources that gain excellence in performance, so skills were the most valuable resource that constitutes The main pillar in creating value and the essential source of competitive advantages and their sustainability. Among the findings, the effective evaluation of skills has become an important goal for any institution in the process of managing competencies, in order to achieve quality in production and to identify deficiencies in order to develop and develop competencies. dc.description.abstract	تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهمية تقييم الكفاءات في تحقيق الأداء المتميز اعتمادا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي،حيث وفي ظل التحدیات الجدیدة والمستمرة التي یفرضها محيط المؤسسات الاقتصادية أصبحت هذه الأخيرة مطالبة بالبحث عن الموارد الملائمة التي تكسبها التميز في الأداء،فكانت الكفاءات أثمن الموارد التي تشكل الركيزة الأساسية في خلق القيمة والمصدر الجوهري للمزايا التنافسية واستدامتها. ومن بين النتائج المتوصل إليها أن التقييم الفعال للكفاءات أصبح هدف مهم لأي مؤسسة في عملية تسيير الكفـاءات، وذلك من أجل الجودة في الإنتاج والتعرف على النقائص للعمل على تنمية وتطوير الكفاءات. لذا أوصت هذه الدراسة بضرورة الاستثمار في الكفاءات من خلال تقييمهم للاعتراف بهم وتحفيزهم وحثهم على الإبداع.	en_US
