Key words: local municipalities; municipality; local tax. 2020-04-15T00:00:00Z http://dspace.univ-tiaret.dz:80/handle/123456789/10461 Titre: التنمية السياحية كآلية لتعزيز مداخيل الجماعات المحلية Auteur(s): مزواغي, جيلالي; شيخ بن شيخ, ابراهيم Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور التنمية السياحية في تعزيز مداخيل الجماعات المحلية، من خلال عرض إيرادات بلدية سيدي لخضر ولاية مستغانم، والإيرادات المتعلقة بالنشاط السياحي. وخلصت إلى أن التنمية السياحية جعلت من النشاط السياحي مصدرا لتمويل البلدية، وذلك من إيجار ممتلكاتها العقارية المبنية المتمثلة في المخيمات والمحلات التجارية الواقعة على الشواطئ، وكذا العقارات غير المبنية كحظائر توقف سيارات السياح، كما تعد المؤسسات الناشطة في مجال السياحة مصدرا للضريبة، وخاضعة لرسوم الاقامات والعروض التجارية، وبصفة عامة ساهمت السياحة بشكل مباشر وغير مباشر بـ13,7% من مداخيل البلدية، و25% من الأموال الحرة، لكن هذه النسبة لا تكفي إلا لتغطية جزء من مصاريفها السنوية. Description: This study aims to highlight the role of tourism development in enhancing the income of local communities, through the presentation of the revenues of the municipality of Sidi Lakhdar (Mostaganem), and revenues related to tourism activity. It concluded that tourism development has made tourism activity a source of funding for the municipality, through renting its built-up real estate properties, such as camps and shops on the beaches, as well as non-built properties such as barns for cars park. Trade offers, in general, contributed tourism directly and indirectly to 13.7% of the income of the municipality and 25% of free funds, but this proportion is enough to cover only part of its annual expenses.
